Policy Statement

Contemplating the core of trading company quality to be addressed as its “personnel”, Microtek attempts to nurture of talented individuals who are capable of providing customers with consistent high-quality services through trading business in distributing variety of overseas or domestic semiconductor and other electronics parts.

  1. We endeavor to nurture own personnel who is able to act in mind that our top priority mission is in customer satisfaction.

  3. We strive to bring up the corporation characterized by environment-friendliness and quality-severance..
  4. Each department sets up its own goal drawn by its task of each department participation in the quality “Kaizen ” activity and exercises the persistent quality improvement activity.
  5. We deeply recognize it be important that the above expressed Quality Policy shall be shared by all the employee and also to fulfill customers’ demand and the requirements raised by laws and regulations.
  6. We perform periodic review to maintain this Quality Policy appropriately and continuously.
